What I’m Thinking About:
What you consume is what you become. This is true for what you eat, what you read, and how you think. There is an energy exchange happening every time your brain and body process inputs. By fine-tuning what goes in, you can elevate what comes out.
Make sure that the energy exchange promotes good health, a great mindset, a spark in creativity, and the motivation to continue upgrading your life story. Be mindful of how you feel. Energy doesn’t lie. You don’t need distractions.
We equate elite athletes to machines. It makes sense that the best approach rest, recovery, and nutrition methodically. They aren’t eating candy after they train, nor do they stay up late gaming. Some block out the world, others embrace it, letting critics motivate them. They all find their own approach that works best for them. Sustained performance requires tailored solutions.
At first, managing your inputs requires energy. You must be mindful. But over time you hone in on what works. Eventually you don’t have to think about your inputs. This lets you focus more on what matters.
